The Social Hall and The Club are located in Town Center Hall at 11740 Telegraph Road, in Santa Fe Springs. Please call the Town Center Hall at (562) 863-4896 for more information.


Fees are for 6 hour event time, 3 hours of decorating, and 1 hour of clean-up.

*Certificate of Liability Insurance is required for all rentals and can be provided by the renter or purchased through the City via a third-party provider.

Please note that rental rates for non-residents will increase by 15% during the months of May, June, and July. 

This adjustment reflects the seasonal demand and applies to all rental agreements involving non-resident during this period.

240 persons assembly (chairs only)
Capacities may lessen dependent upon other equipment

Down Payment:  $1,000

Saturday Rental Fee- Resident: $1,350
Saturday Rental Fee- Non-Resident: $2,300/$2,645

Friday or Sunday Rental Fee- Resident: $1,150
Friday or Sunday Rental Fee- Non-Resident: $1,550/$1,732

Funeral Reception Fees: 

Monday thru Friday 
Available hours 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Max hours 4 - Cash or debit/credit card only

Rental Fee- Resident: $200 (+$35/hour outside of normal business hours, Saturday - Sunday)
Rental Fee Non- Resident: $400 (+$35/hour outside of normal business hours, Saturday - Sunday)

The CLUB Fees:

Fees are for 4 hour event time, 3 hours of decorating, and 1 hour of clean-up.

*Certificate of Liability Insurance is required for all rentals and can be provided by the renter or purchased through the City via a third-party provider.

Party must take place between 12:00 noon - 4:00 p.m. or 1:00 p.m. or 5:00 p.m. (4 hours maximum time plus 1 hour of set-up & clean up)

Down Payment:  $150.00

Rental Fee Resident: $300.00
Rental Fee Non-Resident: $500.00/$575.00

*Reservations will be made upon submittal of application, deposit, and any other necessary paperwork; dates cannot be held. The balance of payment is due 30 days prior to the event.  If the facility is rented less than 30 days prior to the event, fees are due 5 days after the confirmation. Payment must be made by cash or debit/credit card.

** Required for serving alcohol; a licensed bartender with plastic cups only (no glass or cans of alcohol allowed).
