The City of Santa Fe Springs issues yard sale permits to residents for a fee of $10. The fee is waived for residents aged 62 and older. Each permit allows for a yard sale lasting up to three consecutive days. Residents are allowed up to three permits per calendar year, and proof of residency is required to obtain a permit. To obtain a permit, please visit the Police Services Center Monday through Thursday, during business hours, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
