If you or someone you know is experiencing homelessness or is on the verge of homelessness, our Homelessness Engagement Team is here to help. A dedicated Social Services Case Manager and Housing Navigator are available to connect individuals with shelter, housing resources, and supportive services.

Services include:
Move-In Assistance: covering security deposits, utility payments, and essential household items to help individuals settle into permanent housing.

Motel Voucher Program: providing short-term shelter for individuals transitioning into stable housing.

Landlord Support: offering incentives and assistance to property owners who partner with the City to house people experiencing homelessness.

Case Management & Outreach: connecting individuals with supportive services, mental health resources, and long-term housing solutions.
