To ensure that our community has a safe space to conduct exchange transactions such as child custody, private property, and e-commerce transactions (Craigslist, OfferUp, etc.), the Department of Police Services has implemented a Safe Exchange Parking Program. There is now a designated parking space in the Police Services Center Parking lot located at 11576 Telegraph Rd., available for members of the public. The Safe Exchange Parking stall is marked with signage and striping in an area that is under 24-hour video surveillance to help deter potential criminal activity associated with online purchasing activities or child custody exchanges. We encourage all community members to increase personal safety by utilizing the Safe Exchange Parking Program during your next exchange!
