The City of Santa Fe Springs City Council formally adopted its Title VI Plan on June 17, 2025 as mandated by the Federal Government.

TITLE VI COMPLAINT PROCESS
Any person who believes she or he has been discriminated against on the basis of race, color, or national origin by the City of Santa Fe Springs may file a Title VI complaint by completing and submitting the agency’s Title VI Complaint Form no more than 180 days after the alleged incident. The City’s Title VI Coordinator will process complaints received and shall acknowledge receipt within 10 business days; resolution within 60 days.
