- If it is a concern regarding debris in the street after sweeper has completed sweeping
- For any street sweeping changes in schedules due to a Holiday
- For any other street sweeping concerns or issues

If you haven't used our Online Service Request system before, you will need to create an account to use this system. If you have any problems, please send us an e-mail at support@santafesprings.gov.
For parking enforcement questions or concerns, please contact the Police Service Center at (562) 409-1850.

Report A Pothole or Needed Repair
If you haven't used our Online Service Request system before, you will need to create an account to use this system. If you have any problems, please send us an e-mail at support@santafesprings.gov.
You can call Public Works staff at (562) 868-0511, extension 3601 or use GoSFS to send us your request (click the link below). They will schedule someone to come out and inspect the sidewalk; they may grind it to even it out, ramp it if it is too severe to grind and then it will be placed on the sidewalk replacement schedule.
