Case Management Services
Case Managers provide essential services to support families and older adults in the community. Services include advocacy, information, referrals to other community agencies for needed services, and assistance with form completion. We offer utility assistance for Edison and Gas company customers through the United Way of Greater Los Angeles, as well as financial assistance to qualifying Santa Fe Springs residents experiencing hardship. These services are available in office or via home visit.
