In the summer of 2024, the City of Santa Fe Springs unveiled the renovated Aquatic Center, turning it into a contemporary and attractive facility. After being closed for almost three years, the pool finally reopened its doors to the community.
The Next Phase of Excellence
The children had a great time at the pool over the summer, but additional renovations are necessary. The upcoming improvements at the Aquatic Center will introduce more inclusive and interactive elements, perfectly aligning with the City's vision.
- New Splash Pad: Adding a new, state-of-the-art splash pad, a fun and interactive water feature that will be a delightful addition for families and children.
- New Seating Areas and Shade: Creating ample new seating areas and providing lots of shade for spectators, ensuring comfort and enjoyment for all.
- New Spa Area: Installation of new spa to enhance relaxation and wellness opportunities.
- Pool House Upgrades: Minor renovations improving convenience and functionality.
- Enhanced Recreational Spaces: A cabana area, fostering community gatherings and leisurely activities.
- Modern Concession Stand: A new concession stand to provide refreshments and enhance the overall visitor experience.
- Pool Deck Concrete: Replace the remaining pool deck that was not replaced during the previous phase.
