Photo Release Waiver Displayed at City Events/Programs
The City of Santa Fe Springs is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees at its events and programs. To ensure the protection of privacy rights, the City displays the following photography and video release waiver at these events and programs. By attending, individuals are acknowledging that photographs and videos may be taken of them during the event or program and that they may be used by the City for promotional purposes. However, individuals also have the right to refuse to have their picture taken or to have their image used for promotional purposes.
